Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and PT. HAIAN SAINTIKA ELTANINDO ("we," "us," or "our"), doing business as furniturlab.com. By accessing the site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

• Industrial Nature: Our products (Laboratory Benches, Fume Hoods, BSCs, etc.) are industrial-grade equipment intended for professional use.
• Customization: Many of our products, such as Wall Benches and Island Benches, are customizable in length, material, and accessories.
• Accuracy: We strive to display colors and specifications accurately. However, actual product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings or material batches (e.g., Granite or Phenolic Resin).

• Quotations: Prices for custom lab furniture and heavy equipment are typically provided via Request for Quotation (RFQ) due to shipping and installation variables.
• Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in the official invoice. For custom manufacturing, a down payment is required before production begins.
• Taxes: All prices are subject to applicable Indonesian taxes (PPN) unless stated otherwise.

• Production Time: Standard production times will be communicated upon order. "Fast-Track" options (production + installation in 48 hours post-arrival) may be available for specific packages.
• Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or force majeure.
• Installation: Installation services are performed by our expert team. You must ensure the site (lab room) is ready (electricity, plumbing, etc.) prior to our arrival unless agreed otherwise.

• Custom Orders: Goods made to order (custom sizes, materials, or configurations) are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has started.
• Defects: If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt. We will repair or replace parts covered under our warranty policy.

• Warranty: We offer warranties on our products (e.g., Lifetime Service for specific components) as detailed in your specific purchase agreement.
• Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the improper use of our safety equipment (e.g., storing incompatible chemicals in a Flammable Cabinet or incorrect usage of Fume Hoods). Users are responsible for following standard laboratory safety protocols (K3).

The content on furniturlab.com, including source code, databases, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics, is owned or controlled by us and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of The Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising needs to be resolved in the courts of Bogor, West Java.
